My SE iPhone has been disabled. I tried to upgrade iOS and forgot what Pass Code I entered. I tried restoring from iTunes and iCloud and it is not responding. It is telling me to hold down Volume Down and Wake/Sleep buttons and erase all content. Nothing is happening! Cannot erase and cannot restore!
