My battery was running down so I decided to check location services to make sure nothing was running in the background that wasn't supposed to be. I went into settings-privacy-location services when I click on location services it won't open and the iphone locks up. I have to hit the home button to get the iPhone to respond to touch again. The location services option also appear different than it used to. It says "location services ..." Instead of location services on or off. Suggestions?
