Q: How do I backup an iPhone 6

I have an iPhone 6 that needs to be replaced connected to an old iBook that I'm trying to get the video of two friends walking down the aisle as newly-weds. I've tried iTunes, iPhoto, PhoneView, and GraphicConverter, but none of them can find my iPhone.   If any of this doesn't make sense, it might be because I had a knee that almost killed me last year, and had a small stroke in the process. Communicating is not what it used to be.

    I Have no idea if this will work on an iBook because of the OS that it must be running, but have you considered using DropBox to get the video from the phone to the computer? You can download the app in the App Store for the phone and search for it in a web browser on the computer. I don't know if there is a version that will work with a computer that old.

     

    However, the OS on the computer is way too old to work with an iPhone 6. What OS is on the iBook?
