Hi All,
In the previous OS X version Enable apple Id and password for login on OS X Sierra was one of the feature that can be selected from the apple preference.
I do not see that this is the case with OS X Sierra.
Is there any way to get this back?
MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12), MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2011)
System Preferences > Users & Groups > Password ...
This is the bottom of the window. Check the top box as I have done.
there is no such option on OS X Sierra
An observation:
Of the four user accounts on my Sierra MBP, three offer the "Allow user to reset password using Apple ID" option, and one does not. The only one that does NOT offer the option is the one that is ALREADY set to login with the Apple ID password (set on a previous version of the system).
