Q: Swift Projectiles

I'm trying to develop an app where the target moves side to side

and you'd tap the screen to fire the projectile, kind of like that pineapple pen game.

However I'm not very sure how to do it, as I am relatively new to swift.

if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
