My apple can't boot up
After i formatted through disk utlilty my MacBook Pro mid 2012 and i startted my mac it couldn't load showing me a file with a question mark on it

That means it cannot find a startup disk. Time to reinstall macOS on the computer.
Turn the computer off. Restart, and hold down the COMMAND + OPTION + R keys. When macOS Utilities appears, choose the second option: reinstall macOS.
