Q: macbook pro restarting randomly

Trying to figure out how to fix the kernel panic, which i believe is what's going on. It restarts on its own at random times throughout the day with no warning. It will say "you restarted your computer because of a problem." I have all updates installed so I don't think that's it. I typically use the computer for internet and photoshop elements but don't run any other programs. Can someone give me tips? Here is the report. I don't understand it all but maybe one of you will. It also will freeze here and there which forces me to restart it manually.
