Update for phones and not iPads?
I was prompted to update my phon e to iOS 10.0.3. However my iPad indicates being up to date with 10.0.2. Is this correct?

Only the iPhone 7 can get iOS 10.0.3.

Now that Apple has released iOS 10.1, you can upgrade everything to the same level.
