hey so i don't know how to sign out of my iCloud on my phone, like i don't know my password and i wanna sign out of it and open a new apple id, but it says to put a password for find my iPhone but i don't know my password, any advice?

You can head over to iforgot.apple.com to recover your Apple ID password.
By the way, if you create a new Apple ID, you'll lose all of the stuff associates with this Apple ID. You cannot mingle the content between accounts.
