Android users are not getting texts or they are getting them like 6 hours later. I did an erase from my phone. I checked imessage off and on. My cell signal is either 1 dot or 2 dots. I had this problem with an Iphone 4 and now I have an Iphone SE. When I send a text its green so it can't be sending to them as an imessage. I have to send 2 or 3 messages for them to recieve something. I have no idea what to do this problem won't go away in my life. I tried to talk to apple they said restore through Itunes I did that and it hasn't gotten better. My texts work smooth sometimes and then all of a sudden android users dont get a message or it comes late
