Oct 23, 2016 8:29 AM in response to Octave4by SkinnyNick,I have the same problem, iTunes isn't recognizing my iPad or iPhone. Have gone through all the FAQ advice, as far as but not including a manual update of the Apple mobile device USB driver. My computer should be authorized, but on the menu, authorizing is given as an option. When I try to authorize, I get a time-out. Are you guys being hit by a DDoS?
