Switch on iCloud Drive on your phone and you will it see in your Windows file explorer.

Go to photos on your PC enable home share

You need to do this on all your apple devices on iPhone/iPad its settings

Down to photos & camera iCloud photo share .

Also go to ibooks download ios user guide  its free .

Just switch on iCloud Drive, wait until the second USB driver is installed, then you can switch off iCloud Drive again.

On my system -Win7prof- it works.
