Q: my phone does not work in these conditions

upgrade to 10.0.2 and not my front or rear camera, does not turn the flashlight, and make calls not hear who calls me, them to me if they do not but I have to activate the loudspeaker, and I reset three times I have all the memory clean. Before this update everything worked perfectly, I can do

actualice a 10.0.2 y no funciona mi camara delantera ni trasera, no enciende la linterna , y al hacer llamadas no escucho a quien me llama ,  ellos a mi si pero yo a ellos no , tengo que activar el altavoz , ya hice reset tres veces, tengo limpia toda la memoria .   antes de esta actualizacion todo funcionaba perfectamente, que puedo hacer mi telefono no funciona en estas condiciones
