Q: Mack book pro frequent black screen and crashes restarts on macOS Sierra

I Know this probably won't get answered here but I've been getting frequent crashes on my MacBook Pro retina late 2012 refurbished laptop. It's getting ridiculous now. Currently I'm stuck in a black screen.  Can't see anything. My keysboard is lit up there's no light behind the logo on the back of the screen.

ANyone found a fix? I've tried the keys suggested on sites to help but this time it's just not working.

I Think I might just call it quits with macs.

also why the **** isnt this site optimised for mobile??
