Q: how to fix the constant requests for keychain password

My mac is running macOS Sierra beta. Since beta ver 3 I have been constantly asked for my keychain password. I have changed my keychain password and still no joy. I searched the internet for a solution but I can't find keychain first aid in the keychain access menu.  HELP!
