Q: My phone just sudden shut off and can't on. I have tried hard reset it don't works and connect to desktop nothing happen as well.

iPhoneIf the phone shut itself down because of overheating, you'll have to let it cool down before you can switch it on again.
Did the phone get hot during usage, or have any parts been replaced recently?
