How do I get an app off the iPhone 6 version 10.0.2? The app "Ever" is a scam. I have data turned off and need to remove it from my phone. What are the steps?

Q: I was scammed by Ever. How do I get it off my phone?
Delete it (put your finger on it until it jiggles, then press the X that appears)
