i recently downloaded sierra OS for macbook, everything seems to be in ordeer apart from the lack of disk utility, and voice over utility, of course i've tried my hardest to simply get a new download of either one but apple does not seem to support the individual downloads of system apps. If anybody has a solution to this problem please get back to me.
