error ordering a book

Question

hello, i&#x27;ve got troubles ordering a book from photos. Each times to order a book, photos got an error after transfering 46% of the book to apple and crashes. First try to create a pdf file of the book according to this Apple document: Preview a print project in Photos or iPhoto to avoid issues - Apple Support.  Can you?

thanks for the answer. I managed to create a pdf file without problems. The error occurs when transfering the file to apple servers when the file transfer is about 50%.I&#x27;ve tried with another computer running sierra and the same problem occurs.Do you know any alternative to apple printing?

still same issue even after updating...The store is under maintenance for the future macbooks that are coming tonight.I&#x27;ve managed to order two smaller books of 30 and 60 pages. But the two big ones of 100 pages don&#x27;t go through upload to apple servers and stop between 46 and 55%, making photos crash.I&#x27;ve managed to make pdf files of thoses two books and it seems that the crash occurs in the upload process with bigger files.Is the same issue is happening to someone else??
