Q: Audio issue after iOS 10 update

Since I've upgraded my iPhone 5s to iOS 10.2 I've had an issue with the sound quality in my vehicle. The sound volume and quality is significantly lower than before the iOS update. The radio still sounds excellent, but when I switch over to my iPhone their is definitely a noticeable difference. I took my car to my dealership and they can't find any issues with the sound system of the vehicle. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    I see that since you have upgraded your iPhone to 10.0.2 you are having an issue with the sound quality and volume in your vehicle being lower than before the iOS update. I can understand wanting to have the same sound quality and volume after updating your iOS software. Let's see how I can help. 

    That was a good idea to take your vehicle to the dealership to have it inspected. When you were there, did they check or perform an update on your stereo's software/firmware? If not, you may want to look on the vehicle manufacturer's website to see if there are any updates available. Often after a new software version is released, device manufacturers will release compatible updates on their end.
