Q: Locked out of email acct on iPhone4
Hi,
I have an iPhone4 and am locked out of my 'juno' email on it.
Here's the lowdown:
Started getting multiple mesgs from 'apple noreply@email.apple.com'
Subject: My apple ID was used to sign into iCloud via a web browser
.... Go to 'Apple ID https://appleid.apple.com and change your passwd as soon as possible.
OK, So we successfully went in and changed our Apple ID passwd and settings.
After confirmation of AppleID change, we were recommended to change the passwds on any email accounts associated with the AppleID acct as well.
Then we went to juno email and changed our acct passwd from our computer successfully.
Juno said passwd successful and that we should change the passwd on our iPhones as well.
So we went to our iPhone4 and we cannot get into the email area anymore. It is greyed out.
All other settings appear to be ok, but we cannot 'access or delete' the email account.
How do we move forward to get the email working again.

Problem solved.
Went to 'settings/general/restrictions' and chose 'accounts' and chose 'allow changes'.
