Welcome and thanks for reaching out for help in Apple Support Communities. I can see that you're missing some contacts on your iPhone 7 Plus. I know how important it is to have saved contacts especially for those that you communicate with often and I'd be happy to help provide information to get these contacts back. If you haven't already, we'll want to check your iCloud settings by going to the Settings app > iCloud > and make sure
Contacts
is enabled.
If you're attempting to setup your device from a previous iPhone you'll want to go back and check to see if you have contacts that are associated with different email accounts. You can confirm this in Settings > Mail > Accounts > and check to see which ones have Contacts enabled. Then from there you can confirm this by going to the Contacts app tap Groups at the top left and make sure that your accounts with contacts appear in the list and have a check mark next to them.
