Q: freezing screen

my iPhone is freezing after I enter the last number of the passcode and even the touch ID, not only my iPhone! also my mother's and her friends

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having an issue with your iPhone is not what you expect. If I understand correctly, your iPhone is unresponsive when unlocking from the home screen, either with the passcode or with Touch ID. Based on that, I would first suggest restarting or force restarting your iPhone as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Also, make sure your iPhone software is up to date, as this improves the stability and can resolve issues like yours.
