Q: Need Help

This morning I wone up to my iPhone 6 turned off. I plugged it in to charge it and it was stuck on the black screen with the white Apple. Since it stayed like this for a good 15-20 minutes, I put my phone into DFU mode and restored it. When it came back on, I did everything up until it asked for the "Activation Key" since I can't remember what i set my Apple ID to.

Now, is there anyway I can reset my phone like a factory reset so I can set it up as a brand new one? Or is there any other option out there for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you mean you were asked for your Recovery Key? If not, what is an "Activation Key"?

Your recovery key would be required if you set up two-step verification, and did not have access to a trusted device. If this were true and you could not produce the recovery key, then you could never use your Apple ID again.
If you can't sign in with two-step verification using your Apple ID - Apple Support

Or you could try this site to see if it helps you with your forgotten Apple ID information:
