was correct prior to IOS 10 - when it was deleted. It is still not present in 10.3.3

Open the Photos app then go to the menu bar and click Help > Photos Help then type: prints in the search field top right corner of the Photos Help window.
There is no HELP option in Photos in IOS 10, only in OSX.
And from everything I have since discovered - the ability to print photos via Apple was quietly discontinued in the spring of this year.
Yes, in OSX, there is a help option, and more importantly one can easily select the "+" and select the type of print/book/etc. that you want.

You could print books and other print products from iPhoto iOS, but this application is no longer compatible with iOS 8 or newer. And Apple stopped the print products support for iPhoto and Aperture at the end of march this year. Right now Apple supports only orders from Photos for Mac.
So much wrong info. OP, currently you cant order prints from iphone photos. You dont need a third party app to print to printers in iphone. Just need an airprint capable printer.
Yup that happens when you post int he incorrect forum - this is the Photos for Mac forum - to get good IOS answers you really need to post in the iPhone forum - I will request this be moved there
