Q: iOS 10 asking for email passwords repeatedly

HI folks I have an odd issue, ever since IOS 10 my iPhone and iPad repeatedly ask me to enter all my email passwords several times a day. I even went to the length of resetting all passwords and delete in and reading the accounted yet twice I day it'll ask me to enter the passwords even though they work and are working.

just to clarify this is NOT for APPLEID just emails
