I have a family share plan but i am not logged in any device, i dont know how to log in since it just keeps telling me i already have an acocunt!! Can someone please tell me how to log in

Are you already logged on using the Apple ID that has family sharing?
If so, what happens when you go to Settings > iCloud ... do you see something related to Family Sharing there? If so, what do you see?
so i log in with my husbands since i believe he has tge family share pln? Then it tells me that he already sent me an invitation, how do i accept? do i have to be under his iCloud all the time now? Sorry for all the questions never really figured it out
No, you and your husband should never need to (and never should) share an Apple ID.
Can you log in using your own Apple ID (at Settings > iCloud)? Can you then see [something related to Family Sharing] at Settings > iCloud?
IT gives me the option to create but it doesn't log me in to my family plan but i can not create or accept invitations to any plans because I apparently already have one, any other way I can access so I can delete it?
Use a web browser on a computer to go to http://www.icloud.com
Click the "Settings" icon there. You should be able to manage Family Sharing from there.
