Q: Play list appearance

Hi - I am running iTunes 12.5.1. I just created a new playlist and I cannot figure out how to get it to look like the other play lists I have. The field titles across the top are not appearing in the new playlist.

 

Here is the new playlist

And here is playlist #2 with the headings that I want to turn on in playlist #1

How do I get the same thing in playlist #1?

While viewing the misbehaving playlist (#2), use iTunes' menu to set:

View > View As > Songs
