What does ols prefix stand for at the beginning of a URL address?

After entering username and password, my attempts to log on to a website are unsuccessful. I get the message that "the website is unavailable at this time". I've never experienced a problem logging on to this site before. It belongs to my power utility company. I noticed the prefix ols in the first segment of the URL address. What does ols stand for? Is it related to Oracle?

Partial Example of address: https://ols.duke-energy.com/etc.

Relates to login issues. Not Oracle.

Delete cookies then try the site again.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.

Click either Remove Website Data or Manage Website Data then click Remove All.

Then go to your Safari menu bar, click History > Clear History.

Quit then relaunch Safari and try the site again.

If the problems persists, you may have a Safari extension or third party plug-in installed that's causing a conflict.

From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Uninstall one extension then quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.

Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.
