Q: Remove photos library from iMovie

I have a section in my iMovie called Photos Library where I seem to have imported 60+ photos. I'm trying to delete them from my iMovie and am having no luck. I can highlight but can't delete or drag to trash.

Thanks for any help.

The photos library you see in iMovie is how you access photos/videos you have imported into the Photos App. Those photos reside in your photos library they are not in iMovie until you import them to use in a movie so nothing to delete.

Thank you for your reply. I think I might be asking the wrong question. When I open iMovie, the photos library is already there populated with pictures. I was tryint to figure out how to not maket the pictures visible.

The photos are saved in the Photos app itself, and you can delete them from there by opening your Photos app and deleting the photos.    The photos are not actually contained in iMovie.  iMovie just references them in the Photos app library.
