Q: loading FCP X onto new computer

Oct 23, 2016 9:37 PMby Niel,Log into the Mac App Store with the Apple ID you used to purchase it, click on the Purchases tab, and download it.
If you got it with a computer and associated it with an Apple ID, proceed as if you'd bought it with that Apple ID.
If you got it with a computer but didn't associate it with an Apple ID, go back to that computer and click on the Purchases tab.
