Case for lightning EarPods

I was disappointed that the new lightning EarPods do not include a case, like the variant with headphone jack does. Now I'm looking into a way to store my new EarPods properly, because the cardboard it came in is not useable as a reusable storage case. I know that there are ways to fit the lightning EarPods in a 'normal' EarPods' case - the thicker lightning plug makes it challenging, but it is possible - but it seems to be impossible to get a separate case. A few shady guys on amazon sell them for $2, but they either don't ship internationally, or charge over $20 for it. Is there any place where I can get this case or something similar?
