mms setting missing on iphone 2016

Hello...

I would like to ask how is that possible, my iphone dont have mms setting or anything to send pictures thru sms or mms. It has before update !

I spend 2 hours googling, raging and finding the problem, and i just found many other forums with this same problem, but without solution.

How is that possible, after i updated nevest software to my iphone i lost setting about mms, that's really dissapointing rom apple, this kind of bugs.
