no icloud on macbook pro

Hi there

I currently have os x snow leopard v10.6.8 on my macbook pro with intel core duo processor and need to upgrade to give me icloud so I can sync all my devices etc. Can anyone advise me on which version I need to upgrade to that will give me access to this app.

Hi,

If your MacBook Pro is Mid 2010 or newer, you'll have to upgrade to OS X 10.7 before being able to upgrade to Sierra for free.
