iphone 6 stuck on charging screen

my iphone 6 (16GB, running ios 10) was dead for around a month and a half, and saturday i got it fixed. it was perfectly fine up until yesterday. the battery indicator on the screen was stuck on 100% and i couldnt tell what percentage my phone was on. i charged it overnight and this morning when i woke up my phone was plugged in but on 1%. after i unplugged it, it shut off and now all i get is the charging screen. i have looked everywhere and no one has had this problem, as far as i could tell. even if i plug the phone in for hours it is still stuck on the charging screen. i've tried 4 different chargers and i don't know what else to do. the hard restart doesn't do anything, the screen just goes black for a second before popping back up on the charging screen. please help

If the battery has been run down completely, it can take up to 20min of charging before your device can be started again.

You might have to use recovery mode, explained in this article:

Has the phone been fixed by Apple or a 3rd party repair shop?

i've been charging it all day and it has yet to turn on, and i tried to use recovery mode but my phone doesn't even pop up on itunes or anything. it was fixed by a 3rd party repair shop.

Since it was fixed by a 3rd party repair shop, you will need to go back there. By having this entity repair your phone, you have voided any warranty or out-of-warranty support from Apple, as well as your ability to receive support from this forum.

Again, go back to the 3rd party repair shop. Sounds like they borked your phone beyond repair.

Sad, but true, once an unauthorized party is involved servicing the phone, Apple will refuse the repair of the device. As mentioned by gdgmacguy, bringing it back to them and hoping that they can fix that, is your only hope in that case, sorry.
