iphone 7 plus 32 gb performance issues

I was curious if other iphone 7 plus 32 gb owners from tmobile were having serious performance issues as well. The phone is slower than my iphone 6s plus 64gb, goes through the battery twice as fast, and generally *****.

I understand that the specific phone from tmobile is using an inferior model that causes performance issues and wanted to see if others had the exact same issues as me.

To answer all your questions:

  • Yes I am on the newest software version
  • Yes the phones are in the EXACT SAME settings (lighting, background apps, etc...)
  • Yes I do know the 32gb iphone 7plus has less storage than the 6s plus 64gb, but this is obscene the difference in speed.

I called Apple today and they offered zero help other than (try upgrading the OS to the newest version, which is already on there).

There really seems to be a serious problem with Apple design these days!

Tried all of those steps, didn't work. I restarted, hard restarted, backed up the phone, restored the phone from backup, backed up the phone, restored the phone as a new device, all of it.

Just an FYI- I ran an IT Tech support division for years. I really have tried everything. I am most interested in others that have found this fatal flaw with the Intel modem on the iPhone 7plus from tmbobile, or the iphone 7plus 32 GB version as well. There are many articles about these two fatal flaws, and I am curious if others have the same issues as well.

If you've been through all the troubleshooting steps as you've mentioned, then the next step is to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation. Whether others have this issue or not is irrelevant to getting YOUR phone evaluated and fixed.
