Snipster App

Why is the Snipster app nowhere to be found in the App Store or in my previous and hidden purchases? Anyone else's just disappear?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4

What Snipster app ? I can see this app here in the UK store : https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/snipster-hang-out-chat/id890154378?mt=8

If the app that you mean is no longer in the store, e.g. if the developer or Apple has removed it, you won't be able to redownload it - if you no longer have it on your iPad, and if you have a copy of it in your computer's iTunes library or backup of your computer, you can have to sync it back from your computer's iTunes

It's a music editing app that I purchased about a year ago and I'm wondering why it would be removed without reimbursing or notifying me. Not cool.

Apps (and any other item from the store) can be removed at any time, for apps it might be because the developer has removed them for some reason, or in some cases Apple removes (e.g. due to store violations, and possibly if the developer no longer provides support) - there aren't refunds if an item is removed, that's one reason why you should take a backup copy of everything that you download
