how to recover the me.com account?

Hi guys, today I remembered that I registered an account at me.com a few years ago on my iphone 4. I try to login the account with the correct password, but it says this apple id has been locked for security reasons. And I try to unlock the account, there are 2 options, first one is answer the security questions, I know my date of birth, but I can’t remember the answers for the following questions. The second option is reset by email, but the email be send to the same me.com account which I am trying to unlock. Then I got a dead end here. I am just wondering: how can I unblock my account?
