Cups: server Mac OSX, client unix (Solaris)

Hello,

I'm setting up a CUPS Server on my Xserve. I would like to print from a unix cups client. I'm unable to change any options for printing from that client.
The command on the client "lpoptions -d printer -l" says:
lpoptions: Destination printer has no PPD file!

A CUPS server is running on my (old) Solaris server. Here a unix client can change all printing options.

How I solve this issue?

Regards.
