Item not eligible for refund

I Purchased a movie on error. I did not download it. Now I see not eligible for refund. I don't need this movie. Help

Purchases are considered final, if you are using the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (http://reportaproblem.apple.com) you could try one of the following instead :

https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

As per the terms of the iTunes store, all sales are final.


Unless the movie has some type of issue or is impossible to download, the iTunes store is under no obligation to grant you a refund for it.
