iPhone SE bend inside the Screen???

Hello Community!

My main problem is that I bought an iPhone SE two months ago and noticed short after that the top left creaks when i press the area. So I went to the Apple Store in Berlin Germany and they looked at it. The technique department came to the conclusion that something was bend inside the screen and that is not included in the warranty. I can not imagine how that can be possible?? So the store refused to change the complete screen and gave me an offer to buy another one for 286€. My iPhone SE cannot be used for deposit so I payed 590€ for my iPhone and i should pay another 286€ for a device? Thats 876€ and a new iPhone 7(128 GB) costs 869€. I dont want a new one iPhone, just my device being fixed. I am disappointed because the support was very high praised by my friends.

What shall I do now? Is there something I can still do or just live with that?

sincerely

You need an immense force to bend the inner parts like in my case and the guys in the Berlin Apple Store were also confused how that could be possible in a two month old device. Just sad after switching from Samsung Note 4 to Apple and be confronted with this kind of problem. Thanks for the Help and I will probably not buy another iPhone after that... my iPhone 4 worked better and still works after 6 years 😟

Sincerely
