Hi!
I'm running macOS Sierra on a mid-2015 MacBook Pro and I figure out how to get Command-N to open a new window in Safari. It worked before, but recently it's been opening new tabs instead. Please help!

This issue started for me when upgrading to High Sierra. Suddenly when hitting command-n in Terminal it was adding a tab instead of creating a new window. Had to change "Prefer tabs when opening documents:" to "Manually" in order to get Terminal to open new window.
Dock System Preferences. Set it to prefer tabs when opening Documents to Manually.
