Appstore not loading App images

Hi Guys,

I'm having this strange issue on my brand new iPhone 7 where AppStore is not loading any images of apps (no errors) and when I try to download an App, it shows it's downloading but doesn't complete and after few minutes it's popping up the error "Unable to Download App, "App name" could not be downloaded at this time.
I've done the following but it was all working fine only for a small time and started giving the same error. Checked with Data and WiFi as well.

1. Reset the Network settings

2. Hard Reboot

3. Change the time settings, setting up manual, setting one year ahead and making it Automatic again.

4. Reset the phone by erasing every content in it (not from iTunes software by connecting to a PC, but just from the phone)

5. Changed the iCloud account.

6. Cleared the AppStore cache.

Sadly it was the same. Any expert suggestions to cure this frustrating issue permanently?
