Hi, I'm trying to recover an Apple ID but the iforgot.apple.com is blank. Only if I use Safari the content is showed, but if I use another browser on any other PC or Mac on different networks I can't see anything.

It seems that the CA is not valid. If I authorize this page, I'm able to see the iforgot page.
Are you able to proceed further with the link on the Safari browser?
I did it, but they said if it works with Safari there problem does not exists........ 😠
