My Nike Watch arrived today. I really like the Nike Watch faces - which is part of the reason I went with this version - but I don't want the Nike+ Run app on the watch face (or the device - I bike, swim, etc. - hardly ever run due to knee issues).
Am I out of luck on this or missing something?
This is not true or has been updated to allow the removal of the app. Go to the Apple Watch App on Phone scroll down to the nike app and change slider to not show app on apple watch and presto! As soon as I uninstalled App all the nike stuff from watch face disappeared. The watch no longer asks me if I want to run. Do I want to run? LOL
I've got Nike+ Run app uninstalled but the Nike+ logo is still on the watch face. I don't mind the logo on the watch face but if I accidentally tap on it, it gives me the message on how to install the app. Would be good if I can either remove the logo or at least remove the function behind it. Happy to advertise the Nike logo just don't want it as a complication app! But I guess that's the permanent feature mentioned earlier.
