I have problem with mail option "use this mailbox for". I wanted use it for sent messages folder. I was using it on Yosemite or El Capitan. But now on macOS Sierra I don't see this option.
First picture shows my screen how it looks. Second how it looked earlier.
Someone can help?
MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), macOS Sierra (10.12.1)
All of those settings are now in the Account details in the Preferences under Mailbox Behaviors.

Please open mail app & select sent folder from mail side bar . choose one mail and right click
there itself on it .
A window appears like this , you can move this particular mail to desired destination .( inbox , drafts etc )

I have to move every mail not folder? Are you kidding me?
Please select all mails ( press command + A ) , all mails are selected , then take your cursor on top menu bar
click on mail box > select move to favorite mail box > you can choose the options sent , inbox , drafts as per your choice .
You didn't understand my first screen shot , i have selected one mail , to select all mails command + A , right click there only and move to the destination .This the second method .

I know shortcut (command+A) but it doesn't solve my issue. Every new sent message I will need to move on my own. That's not ok.
Did you created a new mail box by the name wp as shown in your first screen shot and trying to move mails from there to any destination , please reply .

Yes, that one. And, it does the same thing as the previous method.
You created a new mail box wp like this .
And , now want to move all mails to in junk , trash , or archive as per you choice like this .
A simple method is drag and drop mails anywhere .

kristof461 is trying to set which server mailbox is used for Sent, Junk, Inbox, Drafts, etc.
It has nothing to do with moving messages, importing messages, or really anything to do with a message.
In previous versions of OS X, there was a menu item to set those associations. It has been replaced in macOS with settings in Mail's Preferences.
In previous versions like El - Capitan pattern was different , but in Mac OS Sierra Mali box behaviors has been changed to like this :
