Starting the Mac with Password comes notifcation: Core Telephony Trace File Error

Hallo - How can I delete the notification? I have no idea where it comes from.

It shows up as soon as the Mac opens up.

I work on a MacBookPro/Mid2012 and El Capitan

iPad 2, Mac OS 9.1.x

Had the same issue and was able to get some help here in communities. I did a back up and then reinstalled the OS. I also have El Capitan, but it's an iMac. But, reinstalling did get rid of the annoying pop up notification.
