I dropped my iPhone 6 in a toilet and retrieved it a little after two seconds , I have done my research so , I removed the sim card and check the water damage indication light. The light little red light/sign is suppose to be in the sim card hole. It has been a little over 3 hours since the incident and when the incident first happened after I dried the phone , there was still no red light. And the phone hadn't been in rice at all. The phone powers off and powers on , Siri works , no water damage screened , phone calls are fine , sound for videos works , everyone who calls me says they can hear me perfectly fine and I can hear them fine as well. I can receive messages and the camera is fine , front and back. The phone was completely dry when I removed the case. I cleaned out the charging and earbud jack , as well as the speaker. Then......I charged it. I charged it on an iHome radio speaker dock and it vibrated, the screen came on and the battery became green and charged. So , do you think that the phone could suffer later on?? It has been working fine .... for now , but I'll dread when it stops. Thanks! ⚠
