I've deleted the apps, and tried everything except erase the phone, but the status in app store are still stuck on downloading. So after i deleted them, i can't download these two apps on iphone. This happed since ios 10.0.1, it still exists now on ios 10.1.1.

Can I assume that you did successfully delete the apps? Make sure that they are gone. Go to Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage>Storage>Manage Storage. Make sure they are not listed in there. If they are, tap on one, then delete it in the next screen.
If they really are gone, try disconnecting from WiFi. Go to Settings>Airplane Mode>On. Then restart your phone. Go back to the settings, turn Airplane mode off, then try to download the apps again.
Still not working. Yes. I deleted them, when it's on ios10.0.1.
after updated to ios10.0.3, the apps automaticlly appeared and started to download but still stuck on waitingq
I have the same issue. iPhone 7 plus is a nightmare to me: front camera flickering. Clicking sound during phone call. Now this.
Same issue. Spent hours yesterday and today updating on itunes and my phone is basically bricked. Lost all Notes and Photos, Whatsapp history.
