Need to enable double sided printing

I have a macbook air and a samsung printer M 2026. the printer has the option to print doubt side if selected manually. But I am unable to print as macbook neither shows the option in the settings nor while commanding to print.

After reading a lot of reviews I learnt that I should go on the setting >options and supplies> supply levels. Thats all i get and no option to enable two sided printing.

And while printing the document the two sided printing option under layout is greyed out for me.
